Terminology:

Login as a Service (LAAS): A service that allows websites and applications to enable users to log in through a single centralized platform without the need to build a separate login system for each site/application.

Platform/Bawabah: Refers to the Bawabah platform that provides Login as a Service.

Developer/Client: Any entity or individual who connects their website or application to Bawabah service.

Application: Client's website or application that uses Bawabah services.

User: The person who uses the login service through Bawabah platform to access a developer's website or application.

This platform is operated by IEHASA, registered under number 304715878 on 05/03/2024.

1. General Policies:

  • The platform is not responsible for any misuse or negligence that led to the loss or inability of the developer to access, use, or benefit from the product or service provided through/from/on the platform.
  • Logging into the platform means that you have read, acknowledged, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
  • The client bears full responsibility for all activities that occur through their account.
  • Bawabah services are exclusively provided through the platform, and the client has no right to request the transfer, conversion, or replacement of the service.

    • 2. Service Usage:

  • Using Bawabah for any religiously prohibited activities is forbidden.
  • The developer is responsible for securing their application and ensuring the safe use of codes, identifiers, and API data.
  • The developer must provide all necessary information to benefit from the platform services.
  • If the client is unable to provide the necessary information to benefit from platform services, the platform will be unable to provide the service.
  • If the client does not comply with the platform's terms and conditions, the platform has the full right to ban, block, or limit the client's access to the platform partially or completely.
  • The platform has the right to stop, remove, or change services and packages offered on the platform without prior notice.
  • Fees and costs for using services provided through monthly subscription packages are calculated once every 28-31 days.
  • Service for monthly subscription packages is automatically stopped after the client exceeds 30 days from the last paid subscription fees.
  • By subscribing to one of the monthly packages, the client acknowledges their agreement to all billing policies of the platform and the payment gateway used.
  • The client has the right to stop their subscription to monthly packages whenever they wish, through the methods provided by the platform, without any additional fees.
  • If service fees are deducted from the client without authorization (i.e., after canceling subscription or having no active subscription), the client has the right to claim a refund of paid fees through designated technical support channels, within a period not exceeding 7 days from the deduction date.
  • The platform has the right to remove, change, or limit access to free services and features offered on the platform, and the client has no right to claim any compensation resulting from losing access to services or features provided for free.

    • 3. Developer Obligations:

  • The developer commits not to share user data accessed through Bawabah with any third party.
  • The developer commits to using user data accessed through Bawabah exclusively for the purpose of logging the user into their application.
  • The developer is prohibited from using user data accessed through Bawabah for the purpose of sending marketing content to the user.
  • The developer may use user data accessed through Bawabah to send only the following types of notifications: account status and security - application policy updates - user bills and transactions.
  • The developer is responsible for maintaining user data accessed through Bawabah securely and confidentially, and bears all consequences of any failure in this regard.

    • 4. Intellectual Property Rights:

  • All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and user interface, belong to the Bawabah platform and may not be reused without written permission.
